Ingredient & Food Search The Ingredient & Food Search allows you to enter a food item and will return a list of all the items that are gluten free or those that are not gluten free or cannot be determined. You can enter a partial spelling of an ingredient. For example, entering "choco" will give you a list of all products or ingredients that contain "choco" like "Hershey's Chocolate Syrup".	Category Search Almost every item in our list has a category assigned to it. You can use the Category Search to find a product when you don't know the product name or manufacturer. For example, if you are looking for a salsa, you can select "Salsa" from the list and see all gluten free and non-gluten free products.
Manufacturer Search The Manufacturer Search will allow you to select a specific company or manufacturer from a drop-down box and see a list of their gluten free and non-gluten free products.	Restaurant Search Looking for a restaurant that has a gluten free menu or items that are gluten free? The Restaurant Search will allow you to select from a list of restaurants and see some of their menu items that are gluten free or not gluten free.
Manufacturer Comments Ever wonder what a manufacturer has to say about Gluten in their products? Wondering how companies label their foods? The Manufacturer Comments section will show you the comments provided to the Celiac Society by various manufacturers. You can use this also when you can't find a specific product in our list. Some manufacturers do not have a specific list of their foods that are gluten free but have specific labeling practices.	PDA/WAP Search Have a Blackberry, cell phone or other web-enabled device?
