Allergy Alert Card
The Celiac Society has produced an "Allergy Alert Card" for people with gluten allergies to
take with them with eating out. Present this card to your server with your order to help
educate the wait-staff and cooks about gluten intolerance.

To use: Print the page and cut into 4 separate cards. Present a card to your waiter or ask
